September 2012

Driving on in to Hunter's 2nd birthday party!

Hunter has a very appropriate TRACTOR party.  That boy loves anything that goes vvvrrrrmmm!

At the end of the party, they broke out into a silly string fight!  So fun!

We have started doing playgroup almost every Thursday!  Here are Eva Brooke and Mary Robbins listening to the story at storytime.

I know you are thinking, you went to the beach in September.  Where are those pictures?!  That's the next post, I promise.  Here is EB with some new bath crayons.  She has really loved them.  I believe she is going to be an artist!

Wearing her first slippers!

Have no idea how she sleeps like this

At the doctor for her 2 year check-up.  She weighs 28 pounds (70th percentile) and is 36 inches tall (95th percentile)!

A little gravy and biscuit treat after leaving the doctor

At the splashpad at Fairpark with friends

She pulled up the table to eat at the couch, "like Pop."

The 4H club brought chickens to the library.  EB begged and begged to "take it home."

Playing ring-around-the-rosy.  So sweet!

At Ballard Park

EB wasn't sure about the geese being so close.  She gave one a slice of bread, then told it to "say thank you."  Ha!

We had our church small group meeting at our house one Sunday and had a great time!

I love those grins!

Our sweeties eating their sweet ice cream cones

It's turning cooler!

See what happens when you don't take a nap??

She really wanted these boots at Kohls, but they were not her size.  She is a shoe girl!

Eating a little Gigi's cupcake

Eating in the Elvis Booth at Johnnie's Drive-In in Tupelo.  I had never been there or eaten a doughburger, and Hollie and Mary Robbins treated us!

My little firefighter

Now for the FAIR

At the petting zoo

She was calling it "candy cotton."  She wasn't sure about eating that fluffy stuff at first, but it didn't take her long to figure it out!

We didn't buy any ride tickets, thinking there would not be much for her to do.  She would have gotten on ANYTHING.  We were very surprised!  We rode the carousel and the train.

We also watched the circus and acrobat acts, which we are still talking about!

Who knew the fair would be so much fun?!

With a toothpick in her mouth, "like Pop"

First long-sleeve PJ night!  Happy fall everyone!
