March 2013

Our March started off with some light snow!

VERY light :-)

EB and her friend Caroline at school.  Melts my heart!

And with Gilbert, of course!

I love watching her creative play.  Here she is rowing a boat.

Picnicking at the park!

Those geese at the park are aggressive!

I have to admit, it's still fun to play on these things.

Her first boo-boo at school.  She fell on the bleachers in the gym, and her teacher had to call and tell me. :-(  She still has a mark!

Sister love

This girl loves picnics

Caught!!

She likes to see the fireplace at Romie's

Wearing Mommy's heels

She will say, "Daddy, tickle me!"

Momma Lin took her to Home Depot, which, in EB's opinion, has the absolute BEST shopping carts!

I took her to Lowe's the other day, and she screamed, "I wanna go to Home Depot" up and down the aisles.

Finally a nice warm day for a walk!  She was intrigued by her first sleeveless shirt for the year.

She loves to "help" Mommy cook.  She is really good at looking the part!  She also insists on wearing her too-small sandals from last summer because they squeak.

She wanted a mustache!

Looking so pretty for school (and Daddy, too!).  I love that SHE picks out things like this to wear.  I'm sure it is short-lived, so let me enjoy it :-)

Always investigate when there is quiet in the house...

Kroger probably takes 2nd place for best shopping cart in town

As close as we got to an Easter bunny picture.  Emily and Hunter went to see him, and I really thought she would tag along.

Dancing in the mirrors in Kirkland's

An Easter treat!

Daddy's 30th birthday celebration

So glad we got to party with Andrew's parents, my parents, and the Crosswhites (minus Brad).  The kids are always plenty entertaining.  I loved Emily's quote about the BBQ, "Look Mommy, it was gross, but I ate it!"  She had us laughing for a while!

Happy birthday, Daddy!  A remote control helicopter, ha!

One Saturday, there was a Cinderella princess tea for little girls.  EB was sooo excited to go!

She couldn't wait!

A little frightening at first...

Just like her Daddy, she ate all the icing off her cupcake and soon downed her juice (tea).

After the tea, we got to meet the cast of the Cinderella ballet.  This was the Fairy Godmother.

Anastasia, Drizella, and Lady Tremaine

With Cinderella

The Prince

With our neighbor friends, Alice and Annelise

She got to see Mrs. Dana from her school!

Dancing for the crowd!!!

She's gonna be a little entertainer!

She begged for the last drop of Daddy's (cool) coffee

Taking pictures of herself!

Thank you, Cotton, for always playing along

And...surprise! On Monday night, we had another party on Andrew's actual birthday.  A BIG thanks to our friends who made this happen!  We really surprised him!

Notice all the girls all dressed in princess attire

His favorites: key lime pie, diet coke, ...

...and fajitas

EB decided to try one of the decorations, and she actually liked it!

EB also walked by and stole whipped cream off the top of at least 3 plates during the party.  She LOVES "cream whip."

One day at Sam's.  My pharmacy friends are so sweet to give her suckers to keep her occupied.

Another pic from EB's school at her friend Caroline's birthday party.  Moms, what are we supposed to do for summer birthdays?

Miss Creativity!  "I am a robot!"

At her Easter party!

Saying their prayer

They are just so cute!

Time for hunting eggs

All the girls had on different sparkly shoes

Back home and SUGAR RUSH!

Hunting eggs in the yard

She dumped the eggs out of her basket and said, "ok, you go find them!"

Happy Easter from Momma Lin and Daddy Don!

Mimi and Pop were so nice to give us a sushi date night!!  It was fabulous!
