On March 31, our friends, the Kizers, hosted an Easter egg hunt at their house for all the West Main kiddos.
They have a great, big yard. They even have a red barn, which Eva Brooke thought was very cool.
Lunchtime!
After eating her usual one to two bites, it was time to hunt eggs!
At the starting line... Eva Brooke wasn't really into hunting eggs. You can see her walking away to do her own thing.
Yes, we forced her.
She seems excited about it for a second, yay!
She found three eggs and was done!
Much more interested in Caroline and Charlie's toys :-)
Wearing the oven mitt around
Checking out their puppy
Yep, this is what she chooses to do. She doesn't get this from me!
On the day before Easter, April 7, we hunted eggs in our backyard.
She was really getting into it!
Easter Sunday, April 8. Look what the Easter bunny brought!!
Very skeptical of what I was telling her about this Easter bunny.
She just stood there and looked, then said "scissors."
There is a potty that flushes inside the house, and this has been a big hit. EVERYBODY goes potty.
Eva Brooke made breakfast herself. She knows "Da-Don" brings the Kit-Kats! The grandparents (Easter bunny helpers) had already showered her with candy and DVDs.
My little beauty is ready for church!
After church, Eva Brooke got to run around the backyard and have some more fun.
Back inside enjoying her Easter bunny present
And now for the 2011 flashback pic. Where does the time go? Hope everyone had a lovely Easter!
