Christmas & December 2011

Christmas card photo shoot at Daddy Don and Momma Lin's house

Eva Brooke's friend, "Croak"

Riding on the Gator

We bribed her with sweet tea.  Whatever it takes, right moms?

EB has discovered the world of "cuckers" (suckers).

This girl does not like her hands "kicky" (sticky).

Not a big fan of Sesame Street, but she LOVES "Melmo."

If only she really was cleaning...

Looking at Mimi and Pop's Christmas tree

Talking on Mimi's phone.  She had it balanced between her ear and shoulder walking around.  I don't know who does that. :-)

Christmas at Mimi and Pop's!

EB loves, loves her Aunt Beth

Her first animal crackers.  Thanks, Mimi and Pop.  Now she only wants brand name! :-)

Showing us all how to use her new computer. This has really been a hit!

All the fun she could stand.  Daddy is really soaking this up!

Christmas morning!  Santa came!

Santa brought Mommy an iPad.  Man, I love that thing.

Santa brought Andrew a Blu-Ray player.

These next few pics I "snapped" from my Christmas video.  Thanks to Aunt Beth who spent Christmas morning with us and was our videographer.  That worked out pretty well.  You should come back next year!

Coming into the living to see what Santa brought.

My little sleepyhead wasn't real sure what to think of it all!

Baby Bop!

Coloring with her first real crayons from Santa

She was most excited about Daddy's candy in his stocking!

Helping Daddy get the train out of the box.

She is very into everything "choo-choo!"

She thought Aunt Beth should have some fun, too.

After three tries, Daddy finally let her have a bite of candy!

Looking at the other present Santa left, a playhouse.  You will see pictures later in the new house.

EB thought she was supposed to get in the barn.

She even invited Barney and Baby Bop to join her.

She was really excited Santa left Baby Bop in her stocking!

We had to get up early to have Christmas morning before church.  Doesn't my little Christmas baby look gorgeous?!

After EB's much needed afternoon nap, we went to Daddy Don and Momma Lin's house.

Eva Brooke wasn't sure why she had been getting so many new toys, but she was totally fine with it.

Daddy Don hit it big with the rock and roll Elmo!  The batteries died one day, and Eva Brooke did not take it well that "Melmo" was sick.  He was fixed same day thanks to Daddy Don and Momma Lin.

Momma Lin hit it big with the tent!

She LOVES to hide from Mommy in tent.  I found her there just yesterday with several lids from the kitchen.

Once again, a girl can only have so much fun.  She sure loves "Da-Don."

How many grown-ups does it take to fold down a princess tent??

The next day, EB was READY to play with these new toys!

Mimi and Pop gave her a sweet baby doll that she has really enjoyed.  It has a "pa-pa" (pacifier) that EB tries out for herself occasionally.  It also has a bottle, and she will make drinking noises when feeding her baby.

EB gets on the couch with her computer and does work like Daddy.

One last pic, from Christmas 2010.  Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!  We sure did!
