November 2011

11/1- EB loves to play in her bed.  Here she is trying to put on her own PJs.  Also, with her are two more of her favorite things- her pillow and Elmo.

11/2- Playtime!

Hunter and Emily both love the "Frankie" phone that Summer and family gave to Eva Brooke.  It has really been a hit toy!

Emily was busy cooking up something yummy for all of us to eat.

"Sharing" is a new concept for Eva Brooke... We're still working on that one.

11/3- Before EB was ever thought about, Pop won this personalized stool off a radio contest.  (Yes, that's random.  My parents are unusally lucky people!)  EB really likes to play on it, but we have had to put it away lately because we've had a couple of close calls.

She still likes to carry around things that are too big for her.  We have also put some of her toys in her closet, and she loves it.  She crawls "inside" to get out of diaper changes, going to bed, etc.

The rocking horse was a gift from Santa last year.  EB is just becoming more interested, and she can now get on the horse by herself.

She still loves music!

11/5- EB's first (real) hayride at Barn Creek

She wasn't scared at all, even though it went a little faster than I expected!

Eva Brooke and Mimi

My cousins Sawyer, Canyon, and Natalie

We decided to get one more use out of the watermelon costume.

EB is a big fan of a "ucker" these days.  When you say the word, she smiles and giggles, and you just have to let her have one!

11/11- My early birthday celebration

In my assortment of candles, we do not have a nine.  Andrew improvised.  Thanks, honey :-)

It's been a wonderful 29 years...but I'm gonna hold right there!

11/13- EB's serious face, which reminds me of Andrew.

And the sweet happy face!

11/20- We have put our house up for sale.  We started out trying to sell FSBO, but then accidentally found another house we liked :-)  After the sellers of the house accepted our offer (thank you, poor economy!), we listed our house with a realtor.  We have had a few lookers for our house, but no luck yet (blah, poor economy!).  That's just how it goes, I guess!

  1. Love the fact that we have playdates in pjs.....and not just the kids- us, too! Speaking of which, if my children will ever get well, we need to do another one! Could somebody just please buy that house this month?! Having y'all just down the street would really simplify things! :0)
